The eastern part of this areacovers a National Monument as well as extending to a flood plain. It would be wrong and irresponsible to further develop this land.

East Whitnash is under developed , when the new road being built soon is constructed beside champion school that side of Whitnash will have the infrastructure in place ,including Asda super market to integrate new homes , having lived in east Whitnash 54 years I feel well placed with foresight to understand the needs of east whitnash
my observation is that a new road straight through to the foss way , would provide the area with access to the M40 , also a local rail station on the fosse way would compliment any development ,

The existing long-contested plans for land close to St Freemund are totally unsatisfactory. If building is to take place in that area the access and other contested aspects of the existing plans need to be totally changed so that they are acceptable to all. It seems as so often these plans have been driven by the developers, and this practice must be stopped in order that we have appropriate developments rather than developments that are most profitable to those who will benefit most financially.

This site is not sustainable, being dislocated from nearby settlements. Unless new settlement X2 comes forward, this site is effectively a strip development along a busy road, which would not be conducive to creating a community.

Thats so much green belt land to loose. Its so sad. Also similar to SG9 & 10, Although SG11 benefits from being close to the main road network it is already a nightmare to travel into Leamington this way. This has only become more difficult with the ongoing new build locations on the south of Leam. Its a no go driving area at peak times.

Harbury Lane west of The Fosse Way is a fairly narrow and winding road, already carrying busy traffic through the day and heavy traffic at peak time. Large scale development along this route will add more to this problem. Residents including children going to and from school will need cars for all travel owing to its isolated situation on an unlit narrow road carrying fast traffic with no footpath.

Building on floodplains presents significant risks. Floods can endanger lives, damage properties, and require costly flood defenses. Climate change is increasing flood risks, and developing flood-prone areas only exacerbates these issues.
SG11 floodplains already struggle with drainage and water management. Without comprehensive flood defense systems, the housing estate will be at high-risk of regular flooding, endangering residents and putting local emergency services under strain. The local infrastructure – roads, schools, healthcare facilities – is likely not equipped to handle the demands of a large housing estate. The local area will face traffic congestion, overcrowded-schools, and a strain on healthcare services.

I believe we should pause consultations on future housing developments to assess the current pressures on our healthcare and school services. Warwick Hospital has declared a critical incident due to overwhelming demand and bed shortages, which risks patient safety and lowers living standards. Before approving new housing, we must ensure adequate medical and educational facilities are in place to support the growing population. If these resources are insufficient, development should be postponed. I urge our local MP to advocate for urgent funding from the Health and Education secretaries.

There have already been accidents around this area with the increase of pedestrian and vehicle traffic. More housing would create even more accidents and victims this was not managed correctly the first time before any intervention from outside people. This and SG10 would cause massive traffic issues in a low vehicle consumption area. It would be highly dangerous and there would be no distinction for the villages

Do not agree. With the proposal of SG10 and further possible expansion of that region believe the SG11 should not be developed. Important to preserve some greenbelt for recreational and walkers alike.

The part of SG11 near Whitnash is appropriate but the extension to the Southwest crossing the Fosse is not, as it is a historic site (Roman Fort and Windmill).
