Crynodeb o'r Gynrychiolaeth:

Loss of business at WEC.
Nearest GP surgery already full.
Fosse Way busy with not foot paths or easy passage for cyclists. Hazardous motor cycle route.
No mains drainage.
No gas supply.
Impact on historic site.
Visual impact. Caravans larger than usual touring caravan and would need facilities to enable reasonable living accommodation.
Would local schools be able to provide for needs of children?

Crynodeb o'r Gynrychiolaeth:

Impact on WEC and other local businesses.
Fosse Way a high risk route and further access on to or off Fosse or A425 woud increase risk.
Fosse Way well known Roman road and site is on Archaeoligical Register with historic toll site nearby. Development would endanger this and prevent further important work which might lead to important discoveries increasing tourism.
Medical and educational facilities are overcrowded and would not be available for an increased population. Access would be poor or dangerous with no footpaths.
Transport to amenities are not in place, including to facilities for young people.
Camps are required but this proposal has not been given enough consideration. There are other sites which have been brought to the attention of WDC including a Caravan Park which is currently unused close to Warwick but it has not even been considered.

Crynodeb o'r Gynrychiolaeth:

No convenient access to doctors or schooling.
Woefully inadequate public transport links. Every journey has to be made by car. Buses that do run do not have suitable pick up and drop off points. Therefore unsustainable and environmentally damaging.
Fosse Way dangerous with several fatalities on this stretch. Site would increase traffic significantly and require vehicles to join and leave this fast road frequently increasing the liklihood of accidents.
Site is dangerous and unsuitable for children and animals.
There are no sewage facilities as the area relies on cess pits and problem would be exacerbated with pollution caused to the watercourses.
Site would cause damage to rural landscape.
Fosse Way is of historical importance as Roman road where artefacts and structures are found. These would be damaged by development.
Current thriving business brings income to area. Little economic sense in destroying this when there are other sites without businesses on them.

Crynodeb o'r Gynrychiolaeth:

Does not have convenient access to GP surgery, school or public transport.
Why should taxpayers have to contribute to deelopment which is ill conceived, places greater need overloaded road network and will impact on area of natural beauty.
Travellers will not integrate with local communtity, are averse to sending their children to school and treat facilities provided for them with little or no respect, risking public health and hygene.
Will encroach onto neighbouring land resulting in breakdown of community relationships and legal battles.
Risks closure of WEC and loss of local jobs and income.
Travellers have well documented history of public order issues including localised crime/theft. Impact on local policing will increase.
Flawed plan to provide site in this area. Should consider brownfield sites as alternative utilising existing services/infrastructure.

No local GP surgery.
School 1.5 miles away.
Bus every 30 minutes. Primary school children can't travel on bus alone. Long round trip for parents.
No footpaths along busy road. Not a safe access for vehicles on busy roads. Fosse Way already notorious for accidents.
Fosse Way a Roman road and therefore possible archaeology that should be investigated.
Effect on successful business at WEC and other businesses and on local economy.

No public transport access without walking on main highway to reach request stop.
Registered on Archeological register.
Visual impact across valley gateway.
No doctor within 5 miles and no direct bus route.

WEC will lose business and jobs.

GP and schools already at saturation point.
Public transport regular: there are no paths or safe place to stand whilst waiting for bus. No pull-in for buses so traffic would have to wait increasing congestion.
Fosse Way is accident blackspot and has speed cameras, traffic calmers, signs alerting drivers to slow down. Dangerous crossroads where there have been fatalities.
Site would increase traffic to unsustainable level. Fosse Way has historical value.
WEC aids local economy with positive effect on local businesses.
Site would be blot on the landscape, whether coming from or going to Radford Semele as it would be in full view.

Nearest GP surgery is full.
Schools are full and have to provide for other new housing developments.
Public transport satisfactory but largely irrelevant as residents likely to use own transport. Bus stop has no pedestrian links.
Hundreds of new traffic movements per day generated.Unwide to introduce more traffic onto two main roads with high flow and fast speeds. Fosse Way is high risk route.
Loss of businesses and WEC. Loss of jobs.

Road is noisy.
No mains sewerage, drainage or gas. Electricity supply will need upgrading.
Fosse Way is Roman road and likely to have remains as yet undiscovered which would be destroyed. Former toll also at this point.
Woodlands contain rare species.
Large site which could not be integrated into the landscape without harming visual appearance.
New residents likely to outnumber existing population preventing peaceful integration.
Urbanisation.
Good quality farmland.
Risk to animal welfare at neighbouring farms.

Inconvenient/dangerous access to public transport. Bus stop on grass verge but no pavement.
Both roads are busy with heavy, fast moving traffic. Dangerous to expect public to regularly use bus stop, especially in winter.
No convenient access to GP surery. Requires use of car or public transport.
Cannot be integrated into landscape without serious impact on character of the area.
Would result in closure of WEC, resulting in job losses and reduced revenue for the area. Not acceptable when other sites would not affect local economy.
