The reason why people live on Hatton Park is due to it being located in the countryside. By building this development, less people will want to move to the area, huge decline in tourism,it will be noisy, increase in traffic, increase pollution when we are due to reduce our carbon footprint to save our planet, it will ruin the aesthetics of the area. It is unessessary and not needed in return of destroying wildlife and its habitats. It will also affect locals mental heath, as going on walks across the fields alleviates stress and creates mindfulness.

We can not permanently destroy this Green Belt land, which should be left for generations to come, to enjoy. So many people visit this beautiful part of our country throughout the year. The loss of wildlife habitat is unthinkable. There are many species and varieties depending on this area to survive and these can clearly be seen when out walking here.
The permanent loss of farming land and wildlife habitat would be devastating and unforgiveable.
The road network in the area is completely unsuitable to cope with the extra traffic burden this would cause.

Large industrial estate here is not suitable. Further loss of Green Belt, already lost Green Belt to Union View. Removing land from Green Belt here is not due to exceptional circumstances, not fully evidenced, nor justified. Resulting in permanent loss of wildlife vital habitat and disruption to important wildlife corridors. Hatton Park has a population of Hedgehogs, building around Hatton Park will hugely impact their natural habitat and lead to a decline in their already struggling population. The roads will not be able to cope with an increase of traffic, including more lorries. Roadworks will cause further disruption to residents.

There would need to be considerable work to Stanks junction on the A46 and Longbridge Island and roads leading to these junctions to cope with the extra traffic, thus causing added congestion to people already travelling to and from Warwick, as well as people working at the new site. We would be losing valuable greenbelt land and increasing pollution in the area. There would be increased heavy goods traffic using the roads, possibly through the night causing noise pollution to the local community.

Do not believe transport and community infrastructure will be sufficient (doctors, rail, parking and traffic provision - having lived through 12 months of chaos adding one junction to the Bham road...)
Believe we should be tackling brownfield land first rather than reducing agricultural yield, not least if we are moving to a new international protectionist environment.
Do not have confidence in local politicians to deliver this on time, on budget and in full - A46 junction, Longbridge and Bham Road junction works all suggest this is the case.

I object to the proposed SG07 and B1 developments for several reasons. Firstly, they would negatively impact the character and appearance of the Conservation Area around Hatton Locks and the Grand Union Canal, destroying its beauty and attracting tourists. Additionally, local wildlife, including protected species, would be harmed. The increased traffic would worsen gridlock and air pollution, while public transport options are inadequate. Noise pollution from traffic affects my quality of life, and local amenities, such as healthcare and education, are already at capacity. Hatton is a village, not a town, and should remain preserved for future generations.

There should not be any development on the Green Belt.
This will increase the size of the village of Hatton by over 3 times and merge it with the town of Warwick.

This is greenfield land surrounding a countryside housing estate which would greatly affect the quality of life through noise and air pollution as well as increasing traffic on an already overwhelmed road. This type of development should focus on brownfield land.

This proposed development is on greenbelt land. Greenbelt has already been lost in the area to union view. Consulting the government website on greenbelt development this needs to be for exceptional circumstances and cannot even be defined as grey belt reading the rules associated with this. Therefore it is not appropriate to develop this land. The infrastructure around such an area is not sufficient for an industrial estate and any upgrade will significantly contribute to pollution and climate change. The development will be a blight on a main route into the historic town of Warwick.

I do not agree with using this land for growth when high quality countryside is being proposed to be destroyed at Hatton. If greenfield sites have to be used they should be prioritised for housing. This land would be a better choice for housing having access to main roads and not including a precious bridle way resource.

I strongly object to the proposal for SG07 and urge you to seriously consider this objection on the basis that:
- This is is an area of green belt and it's critical for current and future generations that the principles of green belt are protected.
- Traffic in the area has already increased which causes a lot of traffic at peak times. There simply isn't the infrastructure in place to support this enormous spike in the population in the area which is already struggling to cope

This is rural land and is in use as a working farm. It is home to many bats, badgers and other wildlife. It is a popular walking destination.
There are a great many other more suitable options for industrial land - building here would displace protected wildlife and take away essential outdoor space for the many and increasing number of local residents.

In response to the proposed building plans for SG07, I strongly object. Firstly, the area is green belt which is supposedly protected from development - if this is ignored it sets a precadent which is not something I support on the basis it does nothing to protect our countryside for future generations.
The animals and habitats destroyed by this development would be incredibly significant and the infrastructure of the area simply would not support a population of this size. Building here would be devastating to local residents and I urge you to reconsider.

Exceedingly inappropriate development in the Green Belt.
Loss of amenity for walks through fields and woods which provide a significant recreational ‘lung’ proven beneficial for mental health.
Loss of countryside for carbon capture and oxygen generation.
Revised use of land will affect the natural flow of water courses and exacerbate local flooding.
Increased traffic flows through narrow and twisting lanes due to 'rat-running'. To get to the M40 drivers will divert through Hampton Magna and Hampton-on-the-Hill to avoid Stanks roundabout and the A46.
Additional load on current water supply, drainage and sewerage take-away which is already struggling to cope.

I do not believe the infrastructure of the local area can cope with the additional traffic. Stanks Island is struggling with traffic now given the recent developments, meaning more traffic trying to flow, more often, through Hampton Magna and HOTH. The Roads through which are not suitable for the numerous articulated lorries this enterprise zone would bring.

Adverse impact on traffic and highways. Local highways are barely coping with additional traffic now, and Stanks roundabout at the junction of the A4177 Birmingham Road and the A46 is no exception. There is no room to expand existing access routes into and out of Warwick and to the M40. Warwick town traffic is already choked due to narrow streets and there being only the two bridges across the River Avon.
Commercial traffic noise and possible emissions would in addition be detrimental to the local environment and to the health and wellbeing of the local population.

I object to this green land being used for this purpose. In terms of wildlife and destruction of habitats. I object in terms of disruption during the building process which Hatton has already endured this year. The traffic created on an already busy route would be a big disruption to residents. The visual impact in removing green space would ruin the local landscape.

Lack of local infrastructure to support - water, drainage, flooding risk and power supply.
Increased transport - Birmingham Road is already busy with commuters heading to/from Warwick/Leamington & the rest of the West Midlands. When M40 is closed it is also the route for all heading from London/Oxford to the West Midlands and beyond. The current road system cannot sustain additional traffic.
Access Warwick/A46 from Hatton (via Stanks) at busy times is already a huge concern. This development will add to the large delays that local residents frequently face.
Environmental destruction and impact on our wildlife and their natural habitat.
